Portal issues? Just turn it off and back on again

Dynamics 365 Portals can be quirky little characters at times. After attending Summit Australia and many talks about Portals and the exciting changes coming with the new PowerApps Portals (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-portals-is-now-available-for-public-preview/) - I was reminded that despite all these exciting new changes, old habits die hard.

We might be in the cloud, but Dynamics Portals still sometimes require a good old traditional 'turn it off and back on again' approach. There are three ways this can be done but choose your approach wisely!
